2011 Coach Application

Baseball Regina is looking for enthusiastic skilled coaches at all levels (Rookie through Bantam). If you are interested in coaching at any level in 2010, you must complete this application form and return it to the address listed below.

A Criminal Record Check will be required of all coaches. This will be accomplished by having appointed coaches supply Baseball Regina with a verified records check by completing the required forms found at http://www.reginapolice.ca/recordcheck_guidelines.php, and presenting required documents to the Regina Police Services. If an appointed coach has a current Criminal Record Check, a copy must be brought to the coaches meeting. Police checks need to be updated every two years.

The Coaching Selection Committee prior to finalizing coaching appointments for the 2010 season may request additional information. (Please see attached Information Consent Form).
