Congratulation to the Regina Bantam AAA Buffalos who were finalists in their provincials in Saskatoon July 25-27. They were defeated 11-5 in the final by Avonlea Moose Jaw Tigers - a Baseball Regina league member. The Buffalos will represent Saskatchewan at the Bantam AAA Westerns in Estevan August 21-24.

Regina Pee Wee AA Buffalos |
CONGRATULATIONS to the Regina Pee Wee AA Buffalos, who became the only
Baseball Regina team to win a Provincial title in the first weekend of
provincials by coming out on top at the Pee Wee AA Tier II Provincial
tournament in Saskatoon. The Buffalos capped a great weekend by earning
a hard fought come-from-behind thrilling 21-20 decision over the
Saskatoon Cardinals #2 team. With both teams running short on pitching,
the Buffalos came through in the clutch by scoring 4 runs in the bottom
of the sixth and final inning for the win.
Congratulations also to Regina Pacers Mosquito AAA - finalists in their
provincials - and to Regina Pacers Mosquito AA - finalists in the AA
Tier II provincials. |
